ABOUT

I understand that healing isn't linear—it's a courageous journey back to yourself.

I help clients make sense of their feelings, behaviours, and the impact of past experiences (including trauma) so they can reconnect with their inner wisdom and shift old patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we find practical ways to move forward with more resilience and clarity, creating lives that truly align with your values.

My approach combines Holistic Life Coaching, Havening Therapy, and Compassionate Inquiry to provide a multifaceted healing experience. I believe it takes tremendous bravery and courage to explore our most vulnerable parts, and I hold deep reverence for the trust clients place in this process. The relief that comes from being deeply heard and truly understood is unparalleled—this is the foundation of everything I do with my clients.

ALICE'S WHY

I do this work because I've lived it. Going through my own healing journey showed me I wanted to support others facing similar struggles. Since then, I've dedicated myself to studying, practising, and exploring modalities that have shaped how I work with clients.

My approach blends Buddhist teachings with Neuroscience—understanding that we're not broken, just shaped by our experiences. Our bodies and brains create protective patterns in response to what we've been through, and healing is about gently unwinding those patterns while learning to stay grounded amidst life's inevitable chaos.

Tara Brach speaks to this beautifully when she reminds us that even when we feel most lost, we can return to ourselves and our bodies and witness what is truly happening vs the story our mind is creating: "In any moment, no matter how lost we feel, we can take refuge in presence and love. We need only pause, breathe, and open to the experience of aliveness within us. In that wakeful openness, we come home to the peace and freedom of our natural awareness."

BEYOND THE WORK

When I'm not in session, you'll find me baking and cooking (I'm a wonderfully messy cook!). I'm also mama to my two year old son, Bobby Blue, who brings endless joy and perspective to my world. We have another baby due next year!

Something I dream of doing in this lifetime is volunteering with my family in an international community that needs support, living there for a year fully immersed in service and care.

Music feeds my soul—Bon Iver is a particular favourite—and I actually used to run a small music events company called Gun and Coco in my twenties.

These days, you'll find me seeking medicine for my nervous system through walks in native bush, camping, surfing baby waves, out on my bike, and in the garden where I feel most connected to the natural rhythms that guide my work.
