Havening is a hands-on Psychosensory Therapy that focuses specifically on Trauma and re-wiring the brains response to Traumatic memories. Havening Touch can be used to delink the emotional response/reactions to the memory of the trauma and to support people to process and unburden deep rooted, suppressed feelings.
This type of therapy is very gentle and safe, yet rapidly effective for treating trauma, anxiety, depression and phobias. It can also relieve stress and is highly effective in enhancing well-being and resilience. This process ultimately leaves you feeling less reactive, more confident, and grants you a lasting sense of freedom.

Every behaviour and feeling you experience serves a purpose. When we build walls to shield ourselves from pain, we also block out the capacity to feel joy and peace. Although those walls may offer temporary protection, they often come at the expense of our happiness. I assist my clients in breaking down these walls and learn to embrace all aspects of themselves that they’ve been rejecting in order to feel safe and seen by the world.
I specialise in helping you uncover your unique qualities, identify your goals, and create a path to achieve them. Inner child work is a helpful technique for healing trauma because it focuses on understanding and nurturing the part of you that holds past feelings and experiences. By connecting with your inner child you can acknowledge and process emotions that may have been ignored or suppressed.
This process helps you heal old wounds, develop self-compassion, and create healthier patterns in your life for yourself and your children.

I can then assist you to release any remaining layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body. From here I will help you gain new perspectives and insights about the experience, creating new choices and ways of being.
