ABOUT

Alice understands that healing isn't linear—it's a courageous journey back to yourself.

She helps clients make sense of their feelings, behaviours, and the impact of past experiences (including trauma) so they can reconnect with their inner wisdom and shift old patterns that no longer serve them. Together, Alice and her clients find practical ways to move forward with more resilience and clarity, creating lives that truly align with their values.

Alice's approach combines Holistic Life Coaching, Havening Therapy, and Compassionate Inquiry to provide a multifaceted healing experience. She believes it takes tremendous bravery and courage to explore our most vulnerable parts, and holds deep reverence for the trust clients place in this process. The relief that comes from being deeply heard and truly understood is unparalleled—this is the foundation of everything Alice does with her clients.

ALICE'S WHY

Alice's journey into this work is deeply personal. She struggled with an eating disorder and low self-worth for many years, but can now look at her body with peace, compassion, and genuine gratitude for all it does for her. She shares this experience because she believes true healing comes from someone who understands the path firsthand—it revealed to her how powerful guided healing can be when clients are truly seen and understood in their struggles.

This personal transformation became the foundation for Alice's calling to support others through similar challenges. Since then, she has been on a profound journey of studying, practicing, and exploring modalities that have all contributed to the approach she brings to her healing work. The essence of what Alice offers is guiding clients to restore natural harmony within their body and mind, while ensuring they feel equipped and supported to navigate life's inevitable ups and downs.

BEYOND THE WORK

When Alice isn't in session, you'll find her baking (she's a wonderfully messy cook!) With chocolate chip cookies being a regular feature in their house—they never last long. She's also mama to her two-year-old son, Bobby Blue, who brings endless joy and perspective to her world.

Something Alice dreams of doing in this lifetime is volunteering with her family in a community that needs support, living there for a year fully immersed in service and care.

Music feeds her soul—Bon Iver is a particular favourite—and she actually used to run a small music events company called Gun and Coco in her twenties.

These days, you'll find Alice seeking medicine for her nervous system through walks in native bush, out on her bike and in the garden where she feels most connected to the natural rhythms that guide her work.
