Life-Changing Support.

I have been dealing with pain for a long time and was told by doctors that I’d need ongoing treatment just to get by. It was frustrating, and I felt like there was no end in sight.

When I started working with Alice, things really started to shift. Alice not only provided a safe and supportive space but she was also incredibly informative throughout the entire process. Her ability to clearly explain complex emotions and trauma in a way that made sense to me was invaluable. It helped me understand what I was going through and why, which made the healing journey so much smoother.

Since then, I’ve seen big changes. The pain I had been experiencing has reduced significantly, communication in my relationships have opened up, and I’m seeing things with a fresh perspective. I honestly feel like a weight has been lifted, and I’m really grateful for the difference this has made.

"I have gained a sense of acceptance and calmness that I didn't have before."

My journey with Alice has had a big impact on me. Before doing therapy with Alice, I had done therapy with other therapists. Although past therapy had been useful, I felt like the improvement was temporary. With other therapists, we worked on how I was feeling in that specific moment, without speaking much or addressing what had caused me feeling like that (events that had happened years ago). So, eventually, those feelings would come back.

I was aware that events that happened a long time ago were still having a big impact on me, but I wasn't sure how to deal with that. When I read about the work Alice did, I felt she was what I had been looking for.

During the sessions with Alice, with her guidance and support, I went back to events that happened years ago. She provided a safe space for me to do that. She is very nice, compassionate, and made me feel very comfortable to open up. In our first session, I was very emotional, overwhelmed by feelings when sharing some past experiences, and cried most of the time. We worked on these memories during the session, and by the end of the session, my body was no longer creating that emotional reaction. During our second session, I was able to go back to other events that happened a long time ago, without such a strong emotional response. By the third session, I could go back to memories with a calm feeling. Now I feel like I have healed some important wounds from my past. It feels like I've taken a big weight off my back.

I am very grateful for having met Alice and for doing therapy with her. I think the work we have done together has helped me heal some wounds that I've had for many years. I also feel like my body has learned how to stay calm when I remember those or similar events, or when something in the present reminds me of that (even though in the past it would have triggered a strong emotional response). I am truly grateful for this. I have gained a sense of acceptance and calmness that I didn't have before, and I'm truly grateful for it.
